More sales-like return policy than I expected.

Not helping the neuropathy in my feet. If it doesn’t improve I’ll be sending it back.

Customer service was fine. Just not use the device is working for my pain.

Can’t say I receive much help from them.

Shipping and communications with the company were excellent unfortunately just after a month some of the lights quit working. I think it was helping my neuropathy pain some but disappointed in how long it lasted.
