Can’t say I receive much help from them.

Shipping and communications with the company were excellent unfortunately just after a month some of the lights quit working. I think it was helping my neuropathy pain some but disappointed in how long it lasted.

Shipping was fine and customer service actually provided me w a phone number

i got the product quickly , no issues with delivery and service

I have diligently used the Vibe twice a day since April 1st but still have my pain. I am hoping for a change soon.
