There were no instructions included

There were no instructions included with the packaging, I was supposed to receive a gift, a note said they'd get that sent out soon, still haven't received it, I had trouble using the discount code when I was ordering, there are no words or icons on the band there's one button I have no idea what it does. The tracking on my shipment wasn't accurate so this expensive device arrived after it was supposed to and because shipping info wasn't correct this expensive device sat out on my porch when I wasn't home and I didn't know to ask a neighbor to look for it. Not a good experience overall.

Ordered DNA Live on 1/21

Ordered DNA Live on 1/21 and received 1/23 and was defective. Was issued label 1/23 and returned and DNA got on 1/29. Still waiting for my credit after 3 weeks. This was even after I ordered on 1/23 a replacement DNA light that same day which I got and works. Way too slow on issuing credits. I offered to have DNA replace Live with a Light and a couple of other products that would have been the same but they said they could not do that and I would have to return and place the new order myself. I did that and now they have over $400 of my money. Still waiting on a $223 credit.... Bad Vibes.
