I really enjoy it, I've been using it for a month for my knees due to past injuries, they would get sore and swollen quick and I would have to take a lot of Ibuprofen and Tylenol. Since I started using Jazz Band Vibe I haven't used any of that anymore, as my pain level and slowness went down a lot. I love it
