Shipping is very fast. The company is great to work with. My original device suddenly stopped working and the company sent me a replacement right away with a postage paid label to return the nonfunctional device.

Good product and seems to be quality made. I use it for shoulder and neck discomfort. My husband uses it for arthritis in wrists and hands and we both have experienced some relief. I would like to see a larger jazz pad the would conform more to the shoulder as an option. We plan to do some traveling so the car adapter is a great add on for us. Shipping was great and received in a timely manner.
