I really appreciate the service given with questions on the band. I use the band 2-3 times a day and have seen some subtle improvement!!

So far this has been worth the cost…I purchased 2…one for me and one for my sons girlfriend with fibromyalgia….her back seizes up and this helps to ease the spasms. Easy to use especially with the power pack. Waiting for my carrying case which will better store all the parts.

The first vibe I got would not turn on. I was super impressed that when I wrote about it someone called me within minutes! That’s darn good customer service!
