Soap does great job, my skin looks clearer and the soap cleans off dirt and grease really well.

The energy soap is amazing. The pepermeint smell wakes you up and the grit removes dead skin like a champ! The recover soap is just as good but with a menthol smell that really gets you going. End your day with the relax soap and the whole dirty bird pack is amazing.

I purchased the variety pack to try them all. I love the original for in the AM to wake up and the beads help scrub off dead skin. The smell of the workout soap is amazing. The Relax is my least favorite simply because it doesn't have the beads in it,but still smells good. They all lather easily and rinse off completely with no leftover residue on my skin, which is great. My husband loves the soap too. Even better than his "go to" soap lever 2000. will be changing to this brand permanently.
