All the products are high quality, effective & fantastic value. The DE is very effective I feel lighter & clearer after an initial 10 day cleanse. The magnesium flakes are great in a bath or foot soak & aid a good night's sleep. The clay is perfect for a face or hair pack, so clean and shiny.
