Not impressed with this product whatsoever! Annoyed that I first paid for this product and also paid shipping for me to get no benefit from it!

Nick, It is 1-31-21 and I have still not received my order. I ordered them on 12-13-20 and received confirmation that a label was printed in CA on 12-14-20 at 5:14 pm. I am very disappointed as I want to give these to my daughters that get headaches. Please let me know what is going on with this order and either send them or give my money back. I was so excited for them to try them.
