I’ve used DEs for several years now and usually purchase thru my stylist. However, I decided to go straight to the source and ended up having a horrible experience with shipping. After several calls to customers service (Good Service) and six weeks of waiting I did finally received the three products I purchased. And even with that being said, Design Essentials is my favorite hair care brand and tho I do utilize one other, there is Nothing like DEs for my hair texture.
