Shipping was fine.

Prompt and efficient service with deliveries arriving in no time . A disappointment event happened with my last order thou ,I qualified for the free gift but forgot to tick the box.I contacted customer service straight away but were very unhelpful .I AMA very loyal customer and I thought they could have made an exception in this one case

No real issue. Slow delivery but this was due to covid and Christmas
