The scrub and lotion did not make a difference in my skins texture or appearance.

My KP is getting worse in the two weeks since I started using the scrub and lotion. I must have deleted my email with my order information or I would ask about a refund.

I have reached out via email/telephone several times. First time it was regarding the derma dollars that were not forwarded into mt acct. When that issue was resolved, I was unable to use the derma dollars on more product I wanted to buy. It is crazy… when a customer LOVES the product but is unable to purchase/receive help in said purchase. Its a terrible shame. Ya’ll need to FIX your customer service issues.

I have used kakadu C oil for at least 2 years and loved it. Reordered from dermadoctor. I’m very unhappy. It smells so strong and doesn’t smooth on skin easily. Something changed.

Very disappointed that I was unable to use my reward points on my order. If it wasn't for your great staff answering the phones, I would not be a customer. Change your online ordering so it makes it easier to use deserved reward points. I love the product, do not want to taken advantage of so definitely need improvements there.
