I still haven’t received by package

Great products! Never received the free samples and was really looking forward to trying their new ones.

I have found the serum to be very sticky/tacky. It also smells like a camp fire. The eye serum is nice.

I received another bottle of KP Duty - I really buy this for my KP. WHYYYYYY did the formula change? It smells different and doesnt work the way it did before, it doesnt seem as potent and is not working as well on my KP as before. Why change a good thing? The only saving grace is the lotion, it seems like that is the new best way to heal my KP. Im still doing both in this duo I purchased because I feel its twice effective than just 1 product, but I would really love to have the old version back so I dont have to start looking for new products. :(

Works well, controls odor. Only downside is that it does not brighten very well.
