Demeter Fragrance

Horrible. The scents took forever to arrive, there way no tracking. Both scents I received dissapate immediately, don’t even make it to the living room. And my mother’s item has yet to arrive 8 days past Mothers Day.

None of the fragrances smelled like what they were supposed to.

Recently I purchased a purse sized Freesia spray from Demeter. Over the years I have enjoyed many Demeter fragrances. Today my much anticipated Freesia spray arrived, and I confess to being very disappointed. There appears to be little Freesia scent at all. Actually no scent that I can discern.

Very slow order processing. Parcel left the warehouse after aprox. 3 weeks and after that the carrier charged me customs and other taxes similar amount with what i paid for products. I wrote them en email asking about this late sending and they never answer. Not a good experience overall.

My order never arrived. I was never given a tracking number, update, or even a "failure to deliver" slip. I have contacted customer support multiple times and this has been a months long process. I desperately would like to track down my package but would just accept a refund at this point, I am so disappointed.
