I purchased a few colors

I purchased a few colors during a promotion and I am pleasantly surprised. Shipping was super quick during a big holiday, and I love that the brushes are so full. The colors are creamy and so easy to apply. I love that it's 10 free, vegan, and cruelty free. I don't know how long lasting they are because I didn't purchase their base or top coats (yet), but so far I really like and enjoy what I bought. The reward system is also a great incentive to return for more to test out more colors and products (:

The polish bottle did come

The polish bottle did come with a couple of scuffs or rather the bottle looked like it had been rubbed with some alcohol remover. The glass was not pristine. Hopefully my instance is a rare one.

Your customer service is so poor, no one on Facebook also emails is replied very slowly.

I still have my mani

I still have my mani pedi on after 2 weeks so am very happy with the products, but did not have the best time getting the service. I decided to check out the new location at Hudson Yards and was pretty disappointed, it was not a pleasant experience — specially checking out. When I tried to pay for the services using the gift card, eyes were rolled and then I was told I owed money even though I purchased a gift card for those specific services. After nearly 30 minutes of back and forth and several phone calls between the employee (who by the way had another customer waiting) and someone I assume was the manager, I was able to redeem the gift card for those services. I also wanted to purchase nail polish using yet another gift card — more calls back and forth and several minutes go by until I can finally leave, nearly missing my dinner reservation. It seemed employees were unhappy and honestly I cannot blame them without a manager or anyone to handle the front desk while they have their next appointments waiting (that delay certainly hurted her tip on that next appointment). So instead of a relaxing time it was an awkward time, and for the price I was expecting a lot more.
