Shipping takes a lot of time

Delivery was quite slow and custom fees and VAT was not included - so it becomes rather pricey to order from Europe, approx double price. I wish Dear Dahlia would consider to join the VOEC-scheme (VAT on e.Commerce) so that VAT was charged at checkout and parcels would go directly to customers in Norway without expensive custom fees.

Volevo fare il reso della cipria per il colore ma dovevo pagare le spese di spedizione. Non lo trovo corretto
