Ordered on 1 July and up till today (21 July) I have not receive my complete order. 01 July - Ordered 12 x Protocol X, Magnesium Power Pack, Liposomal Vitamin D3 + K2, GWP: Protocol X & LXP. 06 July - Chased and received update that Protocol X is in production and production complete on 17 July so I asked for delivery of available stock. 11 July - Nothing delivered, so massaged again to check, and received news that they will update. 13 July - Received notice that order has been shipped. 14 July - Received shipment of everything but got a shock that ZERO Protocol X in shipment, so messaged to clarify again. 14 July - was advised that Protocol X still in production and will complete "later this week" 21 July - still no sign of delivery nor updates from Xandro. But your mid year sale is still roaring away and consumers are likely not informed of how long they need to wait for their orders. Even if you have a great product, I will think very hard about continuing with your company simply because of your production and logistic issues.
