I’ve had some trouble with shipping, but I imagine that’s unique to me. I find Daybreak much more comfortable and convenient than a mask, and the little cleaning pod, if you choose to get it, is especially useful!

Works great, never been healthier, but not enough financial support
I am very happy with the product itself. The effects of sleep apnea are wearing off after several months with the product. My only complaint is that the customer service did not go above and beyond in attempting to get insurance to cover the product. A case could have been made with my PTSD that a CPAP machine would have reinforced my symptoms of another condition. I didn’t feel any effort at all went into trying to get insurance to cover it. Now I am $3400 or so in debt and can barely make the payments each month. The company could make this up by submitting a letter of medical necessity or whatever is needed to make this right. I have probably also referred close to 5 patients to Daybreak that I know of. I also referred my doctor to this program and she says that she tells other patients about this product. A referral program would be nice!

I don’t exactly like the device, but it does help and I’m getting used to it. I also would much rather this device than to have to wear a c pap mask.
