I’ve been using daybreak for a few months now and I like it but here lately my mouth guard has been making my tongue and gum super raw. It wasn’t doing that until a couple of weeks ago. I use my file but it still seems to get sharp edges. And also I haven’t had any follow ups or sleep test done to make sure it’s actually working. But rather then that I do seem to feel better.

More, better sleep
I wake up in the morning more often now, (rather than in the middle of the night multiple times). It has taken some getting used to for my cheeks and jaw, but the sleep is worth it.

Good idea, but not perfect for everyone.
I tried daybreak and it was good in the beginning. Once I started progressing with the bands I noticed pain in my jaw joint. Making my mastication irregular, and very uncomfortable to eat next day.
In the beggining of treatment I did noticed some improvement in my snoring.
