Gave me my life back, seriously.
After a year and a half of suffering from what I now know was sleep apnea, I was at a loss. I'm only in my late 20's so it was already pretty lame of me to leave friend and family gatherings early because I was fighting fatigue or feeling sick, but now I had a reason. After seeing a specialist through another service who would have otherwise thrown a CPAP at me and called it good, I did some further research and found Daybreak. The process was extremely easy, albeit slightly uncomfortable to do the impressions and the device itself was definitely something I had to get used to, but it beat keeping my husband awake at night with a machine and the risk of my cat either knocking it down or getting into the tubes!
In all seriousness though, I have had more energy than I have in years and I feel fully rested in the morning. I've been able to start exercising again, go out with my friends, and enjoy time with my family. I'm back to being a whole person again.
