Avoided a cpap
I was offered a free foam cleaner for writing this review, but I don’t really care about that. I did NOT want a cpap, don’t think I could sleep well attached to a machine based on the monstrous device they hooked me up to on the first sleep test I got years ago. I couldn’t even complete it. So when I saw that they study you with a device on your finger smaller than a O2 sensor, I took the test. This is sooooo much easier. The process was simple, the follow up test showed a massive decrease in the number of apnea events per night, and the snoring and stopping breathing hadn’t been detected by my wife since I got this device, which is pretty much just two retainers banded together. So much simpler than a machine, and a breeze to transport when traveling. Plus full freedom of movement at night, I’m very glad I tried it.
