Why don’t you direct US customers to US retailers??
I order 3 items on-line and I guess I must have made an error by checking off the wrong shade for 1 item. I was hoping to do a simple exchange, but because the product came from the UK it was going to cost more to ship it back than what I paid. This was my first DS purchase and I wish I had been directed to a US ship location. So, now I have a product I’ll never use, and I’m left with a negative impression which makes me unenthusiastic to use the other 2 products. Not to mention, I still don’t have the 3rd complimentary product, making my overall purchase experience very disappointing.
