Lovely shade for highlighting the cheek bones, temple, brow, and the centre of the nose. It's a subtle hint of highlight that doesn't over power the face; it blends in rather than stands out like a beacon. A little goes a long way, and I think that this Liquid Illuminator colour (Icing) would enhance any skin tone.
