Following the glowing review by India Knight in the Sunday Times I bought one of your long lasting waterproof eyeliners. To say I am disappointed with it , is to be polite ! I have never owned an eyeliner that 'smudges’ or ‘runs’ more but conversely is difficult to remove . I will not be buying a second.

Absolutely incredible customer service. I was unsure about the product and had a personal call to talk me through how best to apply it and the right colour for me. I love the products and have started wearing make up again as they are so easy to use and stay put all day!
