Where’s my order? #73245? I ordered more than 2 weeks ago and still have not received it?

Was so excited to get SOL brush until I used it on all 3 of my kids and all 3 of my kids got burned. We reapplied and did all the necessary things. So disappointed.

we went to the beach last week and I bought this for convenience as my daughter hates to put sunscreen on, she’s seven. I was so excited to use it and after the first day of using it, it did not work on her face and it got roasted, and she ended up getting blisters on her cheeks from the sunburn.

I have been dealing with Don who has been very responsive, but it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my replacement to be rectified. They shipped out two replacement orders to the wrong address then they only shipped me one container and I’m still waiting for the second. ! Summer is going to be over before I even get my products

Very bad service I ordered from them and didn’t receive my order they only send me one order not the second I order them together but they only send send me one not all of my order I been trying to email them they don’t respond I do t know how to get my money back or my order
