Pure Sol Beauty

I was really excited to try the Sol Brush sunscreen, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. My friends and I followed all the recommended methods for loading the brush, watching tutorials from influencers, and trying various techniques to get the powder to come out. Despite our efforts, we struggled to dispense the product effectively. When we finally managed to get some (very little) powder out, it didn’t provide sufficient coverage. We spent a week in Mexico and, despite using the sunscreen, we ended up getting sunburned and had to switch to another brand. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the Sol Brush sunscreen if you’re looking for reliable sun protection. It’s frustrating to invest time and money into a product that doesn’t deliver on its promises

I really do love this idea! Last year I purchased the medium tone and it worked great but was unhappy with the dull coloring all over my skin. This year I purchased the translucent. I could see powder coming out so I assumed it was applying. Well I have patches of severe burn a week and a half later, still red, sensitive and peeling skin. Frustrated that the powder was not coming out as much as I assumed. Not sure what the answer is but I need to go back to something I can visually see and rub in.

I absolutely love the idea of this brush and the ease of throwing it in your bag! It’s great for face and scalp for my kids and quick reapplies during the day. My biggest complaint is it’s very expensive and it goes fast! It’s not an affordable option to buy often when a refill is needed. I find myself sparing it and only using in dire situations to make it last and worth my money. I don’t like feeling that way because I want to use it! Again absolutely love it and it protects my kids skin but it’s just too expensive.

I’m very happy with the product - I love the powdered sun screen and how clean it is. I was not happy with being “tricked” into buying a second one at checkout. Shame on me for not reading the prompts thoroughly, but an offer must have popped up to buy a second one that I didn’t realize and when I clicked checkout the cost was double what I planned on paying.

For the price, it's ok. My kids still don't care for sunscreen even with this applicator.
