Customer service followed up with me quickly after I advised I mistakenly ordered the wrong type/texture hair. I’m unable to return:exchange my order because I removed the gold elastic band that secured the hairpieces. The hair itself is in pristine condition but their policy is their policy and now I’m stuck with a $140 product I cannot use. :-/

The hair shedded tremendously with each brushing. I followed instructions to the detail. Really unsatisfied with my purchases as I bought 2 wigs within a couple of days of each other. Sorry I cannot support this company in the future. And I purchase wigs all the time. Good luck. Thank you

I appreciate the quick replies but unfortunately it did not resolve the issues I had with the hair itself.

My experience was Horrible! i’m sadly disappointed, and even annoyed to be honest because it’s so very hard for us women that are gray to still have options of versatility in our hairstyles. More importantly, I’m even more disappointed at the fact that this is a woman black owed minority business. I've already spent too much time sending an email, direct message to Angela on IG and I’ve given my experience on the review. I have no more to say.
