Service was fast. I did local pick up and the order was ready within a hr. The hair was so soft, surprisingly. I guess since it was kinky I didn’t know what to expect but it was soo soft. I did a simple wash & condition on the hair before I did a twist out & let it air dry. When I clipped them in and started to untwist it blended perfectly with my hair. I ordered 2 packs which is great because 1 would not have been enough to cover my whole head fully. Can’t wait to try something else from Kinkstry.

The process was really amazing ! The hair is great . But the service was tremendous. I got the hair but accidentally shipped it to the wrong address. The rep was able to change it to pickup and I was able to seamlessly get the hair the same day
