Wow, I don’t understand what the cost gets you. Mouth guard has better fit and function. At least if I get in a fight while my teeth might be protected but as a sleep aid and anti snoring better off to roll up 30 bucks and put that under your tongue

Device arrived promptly, it just didn’t improve snoring
