I molded the CustMbitr to my teeth following the instructions. First night I tried with just the lower one, but still had same amount of snoring. Then I tried the upper by itself, again no effect on the snoring. And finally, I tried both at the same time and still no effect on the snoring. I snored as bad as I ever have. I had no problem keeping it in my mouth the entire night and tape-recorded the entire sleeping session. Very disappointed in this product.

Tried using lower mouth piece. Tried for three nights. Very painful. No change in results from snoring with this lower mouth piece. Tried top mouth piece for three nights. It was a little more comfortable but no change in snoring.

Guard is too much a gag reflex.

Top comfortable but had zero effect. Bottom incredibly uncomfortable, impossible to wear. Easy instructions on how to custom fit. Just not the solution for me. Back to SnoreRx which is uncomfortable, but bearable and effective

I have emailed 2 times about the molding of the product and how it stuck but no response back.
