The mouth piece didn't work out for me. But the response from the company for a refund was fast and professional. Also when product was shipped out was having trouble receiving it. Email the company and they responded quickly and found out it was because of all the crazy weather that put the postal service behind. If the company had something else I was interested in I would order from them again.

I did not like that the mouthguard was not sealed in plastic. To me if something I am sleeping in my mouth 8 hours I want it delivered in plastic, not just in a box. It looked like the mouthguard I got from Walgreens. But I gave the 5 stars because when I called customer service they were very helpful and gave me a refund right away. Very good customer service.

Customer Service was great. I messed up my first fitting and they sent me a new one without hesitation.
