It’s more comfortable than I anticipated, but has not helped with stopping the snoring. I’ve been told that now I make additional noises when I wear the mouth piece.

Despite it being thin, it's thicker than I'd like for sleeping. It also seemed to maybe constrict bloodflow as the top part of my gum was swollen one morning where it was hurting and made a small bump.

I bought the system for my husband. During the molding process he said he couldn't use the bottom device because it cut into his rear gum line, even after he cut off the ends. He tried sleeping with the top device and claims he cannot breathe while wearing it. He woke up after about 20 minutes and took out the device. Was hoping it would work but it didn't.

Shipping was fast, I got 2 for the price of one, it just doesn't fit well enough for me to not spit it out n the middle of the night
