This one single mouth piece didn't work for me. I don't see how it helps with sleep apnea by being a single piece. The point is to have the lips 👄 open when I am asleep so I can breathe.

Easy to fit and comfortable but I don’t know if it’s helping or not. There’s also a hole in it and I’ve only had it a week…? If the hole gets any bigger from grinding, that is a problem.

I had no issues ordering or receiving. The issue was with the product. I feel like I could have purchased any mouth guard and done the same thing with the same results unfortunately. It simply doesn't work.

I had high hopes but it didn’t really work.
