I had no issues ordering or receiving. The issue was with the product. I feel like I could have purchased any mouth guard and done the same thing with the same results unfortunately. It simply doesn't work.

I had high hopes but it didn’t really work.

Marketing was good, service was okay (I paid for faster shipping and thought I would receive this sooner).

Required trimming for comfort. Seems unlike my previous mouthguard from you that I really liked (I lost it).

Took a week to arrive at my house.
