Good/easy stuff: ordering; delivery; molding; customer service. Not for me: didn’t help with snoring; slight roughness on an edge; doesn’t feel great with a tongue tie. Asking for and getting a refund was easy and quick. You’ll need the lot number off the package it comes in, so don’t throw that out!

Your service is great but your product is still leaving me snoring. It has been one week and I am hoping that there will be improvement since I hate to go back to my Cpap.
