There was some trouble with shipping because my order got lost in transit, but when I reached out to ask for them to send new products, the customer service was great! Obviously, sometimes things like these happen, but the impotant thing is to handle them in a good way when they happen. I've yet to test the products properly (over a few weeks), but the first impression was awesome!
