I ordered a conditioner and a leave-on and the conditioner sadly arrived with a broken pump. Customer support were kind enough to send me a whole new bottle within a few days. Super friendly and helpful. As for the products, the quality is superb and for the first time, having curly hair doesn't feel like a burden. So happy with the purchase!

Product works great, although I was not prepared for my hair looking darker after the bonding salve treatment. But I understand now. My hair is looking better and better. It delivered super fast and I am so happy with all of the curlsmith products I have bought. Thanks.
