I wanted an as in one of my battery packs because the battery was shaking from the inside. It's a little sound that can't be captured in the video, and I erased all the purchases. But you keep asking for the details of the purchase, and you tell them to take a video and send it to you. It's annoying to get an as response when you place an order abroad. Isn't the fact that you sent me an e-mail proves that I ordered it on your website?

This device power button will turn the machine off mid tattoo due to it being stuck in the on position, i just bought it less than a month ago and barely use it!!!!!

I have not been helped resolving the issue

It came with issues, I’m unable to use it and I have tried multiple ways to talk to customer service for help but got no response. It’s extremely frustrating. Yall need to get it together!!
