I Always order from cpapmachines. The smaller mask is better. I can see better with this design.The mask is quieter too.

I was really eager to try the AirTouch f20 after already using the AirFit f20 unsuccessfully. Unfortunately I was shipped the wrong cushion with my order, but I contacted customer service and after looking up my order they quickly apologized for the mistake (which happens) and immediately shipped the correct AirTouch f20 cushion which arrived a few days later. Such a fantastic example of great customer service. I will definitely purchase from CPAPmachines.ca again. So far so good with the AirTouch f20 mask/cushion. I have struggled with mask compliance and any leaks in the past have been annoyances prior to falling asleep and quite often woke me during sleep. So far almost 0 leak with the AirTouch and now I just need to get used to using CPAP on a nightly basis.
