I had tried to place an order with another Canadian provider but after about a week they finally owned up that they could not complete the order as they didn't have the pillows for my mask.
I had always ordered from CPAPMACHINES before so after receiving this news I came back to them as my water chamber was broken.
I placed my order and then reached out online to the customer service rep to see if they could possible fill the order that day. He said he would see what could be done. Within an hour, I got the note that the order had been picked and shipped.
The deliver arrived three days before the initially promised delivery date as well.
I'm very impressed with CPAPMACHINES.CA and won't be looking to any other company to fill my CPAP orders.
