My new (replacement) Dreamstation arrived so quickly, it was great service. I was contacted by Leslie in customer service, and she was very pleasant to deal with. As far as the cpap goes, I've used my Dreamstation every night since I got it 3.5 years years ago, and it's made an amazing change in my life. This new one is a backup for when the old one dies, as I can't imagine trying to sleep without my cpap.
