Item never arrived. Waiting to hear from company as to a resolution.

Unsatisfactory

Package never arrived from Korea, and they told ME to fight with USPS and ask for a refund from THEM. They have the worst customer service you could imagine. Literally told me there's nothing they could do and refused to send me a replacement or a refund. I live in a building with 24/7 doorman and a separate, secure mail room. Things don't just go missing. It just never arrived from them. For them to blame this on the customer and not refund a cent is absolutely ridiculous to me. Granted the lipgloss wasn't crazy expensive, but what if I had ordered a big package with multiple items? What would've happened then? Never coming back here again. Buyers, you've been warned.

Haven’t received my free random box and customer service hasn’t responded.
