I finally caved and got the heated compress masks after I ran into a wall because the dry eye made it too painful for me to keep my eyes open. Within a week MAX, the pain, itchiness, headaches, all of it- GONE! I tell everyone about it (although no one I talk to struggles with this. ) I've had 2 eye surgeries, bad allergies, and born with a degenerative eye condition. These are a God send.

Shipping was quick and everything arrived in good shape. I didn't have to contact customer service so I can't comment on that but the products I received are great.

Love the fact that I don't have to microwave this compress and they don't lose the heat like the others do. Will be subscribing
