Seems like a great product & company. I received it quickly and used for the first time today. It did seem to help my dry eye symptoms. Very soothing. It was fast & easy to use - so impressive how it self heats. Much easier than holding a warm cloth on eyes which I need to do periodically for a sty on my eye. I plan to use this weekly.
