Really wish I could get ahold of someone to assist with a return

I’m waiting to hear about returning my 3 items.

Terrible customer service. Reached out immediately for assistance with order, but was mostly ignored and then told there was nothing they could do. As a result, I did not receive the product, but was still charged for it. Absolutely worst customer experience I have ever had.
