I reached out to the company due to the condition of the jojoba oil when I opened it. It was like water, nothing I had ever used like that before. They responded with wanting proof of the product and their total unbelief in what I reported.

Empty box! No product inside. No refund or product replacement. 🥲

I have received two orders with unsealed bottles. When the first was unseal I returned it for a replacement and the replacement is also unsealed.

The package was all crumbled which rubbed onto the lamp and unable to remove. I notified the vendor which told me they couldn’t do anything. Product was returned. Do not recommend

16 oz bottle had defective pump that leaked all over bottle and counter. Supplier refused to provide replacement pump only until I advised I would be posting review. I should have believed the many other reviews on Amazon stating same problem.
