Excellent, but . . .
Everything about Cliganic was awesome (product selection, pricing, customer service representative Jocelyn) except for 3 issues.
1. The item was packaged very poorly for the rough and tumble shipping journey. There should have been plenty of bubble wrap and airbags (both are recyclable and reusable) to ensure the safety
of the bottle. Instead, just a few pieces of flimsy brown paper (which did absolutely nothing to secure the bottle) were used. Thank God that the bottle was not smashed.
2. Cliganic really needs to allow the customer to choose the shipping carrier (FedEx or UPS) that is used. My package was shipped using the VERY UNRELIABLE Postal Service, but thank God that I still received it.
3. A customer service phone number would be VERY helpful. (Although Jocelyn was excellent using email).
So, Cliganic is EXCELLENT overall, but really needs to fix the three problems listed above.
