Still using the product, We did send in our test kits and got our results back! Now we are waiting for a consultation

Tab did not dissolve after 45 minutes not acceptable

The package is 6 days late. The tracking number says damaged and return to sender. I hope the next part of this process is not a headache. I love the product itself but not a fan of all this hassle.
