Can't honestly review without receipt of my order???
I mean, I can not really rate this company or products until I actually receive the products. We ordered 2 rugs in late June/early July and this solicitation for a review is the first communication we have received since getting our initial order confirmation. Have yet to receive any "order is complete" or "order has shipped" communications, let alone the rugs themselves. May want to not send these solicitations for reviews until you have at least shipped the products, no?
