I had ordered two bottles, but received only one, on a Saturday. There is an easily accessed email. Shortly after sending my situation I received a reply stating Mon the missing bottle would be sent. First thing Monday I received an email saying the warehouse had been contacted, and the missing bottle would be sent. So far the service is excellent. Waiting for pkg to arrive.

Shipping was right on time, I really like and appreciate how Chill Frog kept my notified on the progress throughout the whole process.
