The first hair sample I sent in was lost, so I sent in a second one. It’s been weeks and I still don’t have my results! I was really excited for this because my husband sent his sample in and got his results back in just a few days, but now I’m just disappointed.

Two tests revealed totally different results. The information is not viable enough to make meaningful decisions, in fact I believe this too be nonsense. Waste of money.
