I've been having a lot of digestion issues recently & had an idea of what was causing it. The test confirmed my suspicions & provided additional problem sources. I'm going to try the elimination diet to see if it regulates my system back to normal. I'm willing to try anything at this point bc it is causing me to miss out on social functions.

I was having many headaches per month. After using the results I cut out gluten and dairy and subsequently have had only a couple of headaches in the past 6 weeks. Will recheck after 90 days to see if I need to cut out anything else from my diet. As am added benefit I have lost 3 pounds and my hunger is subsiding.
